The Manager, Franchise Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing Japan's franchise strategy for Marvel and other franchises, collaborating with the director. This includes market assessment, data analysis, marketing plan creation, and execution. The role involves sharing market intelligence and consumer insights with Lines of Business (LOBs), managing marketing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also encompass owned media strategy, global strategy localization, collaboration with US and APAC stakeholders, and active participation in the release planning of new theatrical and Disney+ releases. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, along with proven experience in brand and product marketing within the entertainment industry.
