We are looking for a Jr. Manager to join our Sales team.
The multiplatform sales team in Mexico is dedicated to selling the advertising inventory of our various services, with a focus on the Latino audience. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer effective advertising solutions that resonate with the Latino audience.
About you:
Responsible for assisting in campaign planning and execution, analyzing data, preparing reports, and maintaining fluid communication with clients by managing advertising accounts and campaigns. Achieve sales goals by ensuring deep knowledge of the ViX platform and Digital Core formats, as well as researching and prospecting new potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, ensuring operational excellence, including administrative aspects.
Your day-to-day:
- Provide support and assistance in managing accounts and advertising campaigns, handling smaller or less complex client accounts.
- Assist in campaign planning and execution, including creating media plans, setting up campaigns, and monitoring performance.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement, as well as prepare reports and presentations to communicate results to clients.
- Work proactively to achieve the sales objectives established for your client portfolio. Constantly seek new business opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients.
- Master ViX and Digital Core formats and metrics. Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and news from the digital ecosystem.
- Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in project management related to client advertising campaigns, which involves coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring work quality.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the client sector. This information can be valuable for campaign planning and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate in the development of proposals for new clients or to expand services offered to existing clients. This may involve creating presentations, preparing budgets, and defining strategies.
- Maintain organized and updated documentation of activities performed, results obtained, and relevant client information.
If you have:
- Advanced English
- 3 years of work experience in digital advertising sales and working with clients of various levels, including C-level.
- Knowledge of marketing tactics and strategies, and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Experience mentoring younger team members.
- Knowledge of digital product with the ability to assist with questions and solutions regarding digital products and services as needed.
- Experience in strategically evaluating and achieving customer success through sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or sales context and consistently exceed quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and use storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
