Be part of the TelevisaUnivision team, a leading Spanish-language media company with an extensive content library and strong production capabilities. This role is for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst in the Technology area. You will be responsible for managing and developing the company's most complex or strategically valuable client portfolios, implementing effective strategies to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves optimizing management processes, meeting objectives for the US market, analyzing KPIs, and adjusting tactics for sustainable growth and profitability.
Must have:
  • Responsible for the recovery of overdue and upcoming accounts receivable from the US market by applying negotiation methods.
  • Follow up on pending payments, send payment reminder letters, and contact clients to manage overdue and upcoming balances for the US market.
  • Communicate with sales for the review of overdue balances per US client.
  • Perform reconciliations with advertising agencies to identify scheduled payments and disputed invoices for the US market.
  • Follow up and clarify disputes with the sales area and the US market client.
  • Keep contact information for the US client portfolio updated.
  • Prepare and send account statements to agencies and direct clients in the US.
  • Supervise and analyze clients with unfulfilled promises with the junior executive for the US.
  • Propose and request authorization for sending clients to legal management in the US.
  • Identify and support the explanation of portfolio variations in the US market.

is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for the Technology area.

About you:

Responsible for managing and developing the most complex or strategically valuable client portfolio for the company, implementing effective and personalized strategies that maximize client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, optimize and streamline the management process by rigorously meeting the objectives set for the US market, analyzing key performance indicators, and adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure sustainable growth and profitability of high-value client relationships.

Your day to day:

  • Responsible for the recovery of overdue and upcoming accounts receivable from the US market by applying negotiation methods.
  • Follow up on pending payments, send payment reminder letters, and contact clients to manage overdue and upcoming balances for the US market.
  • Communicate with sales for the review of overdue balances per US client.

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative or Similar
  • Advanced English, C1
  • 1 year of experience in a similar or related position with the US market.
