Risk Operations has a wide scope spanning payment fraud, offerwall fraud, and KYC. Functionally, we report into Finance, but we are also embedded into various cross-functional, mission-aligned teams (MATs). This structure empowers us to partner with leaders across the business to drive strategy and contribute to product development with the ultimate goal of increasing the likelihood of positive, profitable transactions.
This is a newly created leadership role designed to protect the integrity and profitability of the earnings and rebates ecosystem as it rapidly scales. Unlike payment fraud, which is governed by transactional controls, earnings and incentive abuse targets the mechanics of internal reward systems — requiring teams to anticipate manipulation of terms, loopholes, and incentives, from multi-account farming to partner exploitation, while balancing growth with risk. As the Manager, Risk Operations – Earnings & Rebates, you will own both strategy and execution: leading a team of analysts, shaping fraud and abuse policies in partnership with Product and Finance, and developing controls that safeguard one of the most critical growth engines. Success in this role requires analytical depth, strong pattern recognition, and the ability to influence how risk is embedded into products at scale. It’s an ideal fit for someone who wants to build scalable frameworks in a fast-evolving risk domain where traditional fraud playbooks fall short.
