Job Duties: Lead, organize, and manage projects from beginning to end that require coordinated efforts across multiple functions. Drive results and outcomes with multiple priorities and multiple stakeholders. Ensure minimal operational overhead by automating maintenance tasks with easily manageable configurations, solving scalability bottlenecks to improve software performance and maximize system availability by ensuring functional and performance SLAs. Design, implement, and test complex, multi-tier distributed software application frameworks collaboratively with peers and technical leaders. Responsible for team delivery of improved features, improvements to enhance the customer experience at scale by providing the products with Quality, Reliability and scale. Recommend and execute core software engineering enhancements, including distributed services architectures, improving continuous deployment stances, and improving availability for all Tier 1 services. Involved in the day-to-day development and support team. Foster continuous learning and improve the tech stack to address functional and nonfunctional requests. Collaborate with Architects, cross-functional teams to drive the vision laid out by product, compliance, and software engineering. Ensure a strong on-call rotation with an emphasis on reducing time to detection and time to record. Understand, triage, and guide teams in addressing software issues with less impact. Manage 1 to 2 scrum teams and responsible for the software delivery. Interface with Professional Services, Business Units, directly with partners as part of launch and integration support. Mentor and develop highly effective software engineers and build high-performing software engineering teams. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance of software development processes such as Agile. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
