Job Description
The Apple Service Engineering (ASE) Systems Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong technical and communication skills. This role involves designing, building tools, and supporting large-scale infrastructure systems to meet the demands of Apple's Services offerings. The candidate will collaborate with world-class engineers to design, implement, and support operating system technologies for large-scale Linux systems. Responsibilities include addressing complex problems using open-source and in-house tooling, promoting automation and self-service tools, and leading a team responsible for mission-critical cloud systems. These systems must maintain constant uptime, scale seamlessly, and enable the development of new applications and services.

You will contribute to our team’s initiative to promote automation and self-service tools for service democratization and enforcing responsibilities with respective app teams. As a Systems Engineering manager, you will lead a team responsible for providing the platform for mission-critical cloud systems that maintain constant uptime, scale seamlessly, and enable the flourishing of new applications and services.
