Job Summary

Job Description

As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production of harnesses, following customer definitions and specifications, and internal quality standards, in order to meet established objectives and provide a high-quality, low-cost product.
Must have:
  • Comply with the daily production schedule
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and manufacturing systems
  • Manage human, material, and equipment resources in the manufacturing area
  • Compliance with SPQDIPK performance
  • Comply with regular production service orders
  • Follow up on the operating system
  • Coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement in your area
  • Participate in assigned multidisciplinary teams
  • Promote a pleasant and safe work environment
  • Develop personnel under your charge and promote flexibility
  • Completed Engineering degree
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive harnesses
  • Intermediate English
  • Advanced Excel
  • Proficiency in Office packages
  • Experience in personnel management

Job Details

  • Comply with the daily production schedule

Requirements:
