Job Description

Responsible for implementing, supervising, maintaining, and developing the labor relations area, ensuring the correct application of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Internal Labor Regulations (RIT), and monitoring the collective bargaining agreement in force. This role also involves managing transportation services, tracking action plans for absenteeism and turnover, controlling purchase orders, applying surveys, complying with the operating system, and addressing union and personnel requests.
Must Have:
  • Completed degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with unions
  • Bilingual

Generic Description:

Responsible for implementing, supervising, maintaining, and developing the labor relations area, as well as ensuring the correct application of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Internal Labor Regulations (RIT) and monitoring the collective bargaining agreement in force.

General Functions

  • Responsible for transportation service
  • Follow up on action plans to meet absenteeism and turnover objectives
  • Control purchase orders for stationery, transportation, birthdays
  • Ensure the correct application of the LFT, RIT and monitor the collective bargaining agreement in force
  • Application of environment and services surveys
  • Comply with our operating system (EOS)
  • Address and resolve union and personnel requests

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with unions
