Job Description
This internship position involves analyzing supplier information in SAP, COFIDI, and e-CPTS to resolve issues. The intern will collaborate with the accounts payable team to efficiently process various documents and invoices within SAP. Key responsibilities include actively receiving and responding to emails and calls from both suppliers and internal clients, ensuring timely follow-up and problem resolution by coordinating with relevant departments such as Accounts Payable, Supply Chain Management, and Materials. Additionally, the role requires processing manual documents in SAP and diligently tracking payment complements to maintain accurate financial records.
Must Have:
- Analyze supplier information in SAP, COFIDI, and e-CPTS for problem resolution.
- Work with the accounts payable area for document/invoice processing in SAP.
- Receive emails/calls from suppliers and/or internal clients and follow up on problem resolution with involved areas.
- Process manual documents in SAP.
- Follow-up on Payment Complements.
- Currently studying Finance or Business Administration.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Current student in final semesters.
- RFC (Mandatory).
General Functions:
- Analysis of supplier information in SAP, COFIDI, and e-CPTS for problem resolution.
- Work with the accounts payable area for document/invoice processing in SAP.
- Receive emails/calls from suppliers and/or internal clients and follow up on problem resolution with involved areas such as AP, SCM, Materials, etc.
- Process manual documents in SAP.
- Follow-up on Payment Complements.
Required Competencies/Skills:
- Student in Finance, Business Administration.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Current student in final semesters.
- RFC (Mandatory).
- Microsoft Office.
- Excel.
- Intermediate English level.
