Manufacturing Supervisor Dgo. 2

Responsible to the Manufacturing Supervisor for fulfilling production plans, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. This includes following long-term plans and plant initiatives, planning communication meetings with subordinates, complying with the E.O.S. system, and managing and developing personnel.

Must Have

• Follow long-term plans.
• Follow plant initiatives.
• Plan communication meetings with subordinates.
• Comply with the follow-up to the E.O.S. system.
• Manage and develop personnel.
• Comply with estimated training in the area's supplementary matrix.
• Comply with estimated training in the specific GM matrix (when applicable).
• Completed Engineering degree
• +3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Intermediate English
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement tools
• Office suite management
