Job Description

This Manufacturing Technician role in Frontera, Coahuila, involves overseeing production efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include submitting performance reports, identifying and resolving efficiency issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and production specifications. The role also requires training new employees on safe machinery operation. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in manufacturing and leadership, with proficiency in daily, weekly, and monthly indicators. The position demands strong organizational skills to manage workflow, assign responsibilities, and prepare schedules, as well as the ability to supervise and train staff effectively. A degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Automotive Engineering is preferred.

Job Details

General Functions
