Job Summary
This newly created role will provide day-to-day dedicated product support for the Market Analytics product-suite, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, this role will work collaboratively with both Sales and Product teams to provide Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback for an improved customer experience. Finally, this role will support a Market Analytics Executive Consultant to proactively identify impactful use cases and industry analysis to help drive improved sales performance and custom projects to support client business needs. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, handling custom data requests, gathering VOC feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with industry trends.
Must Have
- Conduct training sessions to help customers understand and maximize product features.
- Handle custom data requests and assist customers in exploring relevant use cases.
- Gather and provide Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to the product team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product updates.
- Support the Market Analytics Executive Consultant in creating custom presentations and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product support or customer service, preferably in market analytics or sales performance.
- OEM experience compiling data from multiple sources for analytics and insights.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and software, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting.
Good to Have
- Direct experience in automotive industry analysis, ideally at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in an operations-related role.
- Experience in a related consulting role within the automotive industry.
- 5-10 years of applicable experience in market analytics or a similar field.
- Familiarity with custom data request processes and use case exploration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support senior consultants.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying product improvement opportunities.

Market Analytics Product Advisor
About The Role:
This newly created role will provide day-to-day dedicated product support for the Market Analytics product-suite, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, this role will work collaboratively with both Sales and Product teams to provide VOC for an improved customer experience. Responsibilities and Impact:
- Conduct training sessions to help customers understand and maximize the use of the product features and functionalities.
- Handle custom data requests and assist customers in exploring use cases relevant to their business needs.
- Gather and provide Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to the product team for potential enhancements or improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product updates to provide informed support and advice to customers.
- Report to and support the Market Analytics Executive Consultant in creating custom presentations and analysis tailored to client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product support or customer service, preferably in a market analytics or sales performance environment
- OEM experience compiling data from multiple sources to create analytics and insights for leaders and executives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct training sessions and support customer presentations.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and software, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in automotive industry analysis, ideally at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in an operations-related role such as Sales & Incentive Planning, Distribution, or Dealer Development.
- Experience in a related consulting role within the automotive industry.
- 5-10 years of applicable experience in market analytics or a similar field.
- Familiarity with custom data request processes and use case exploration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support senior consultants in project execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for product improvement.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
