We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, client initiatives, and internal communications. This role is ideal for a professional who is analytical, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. You will work closely with our marketing and creative departments to drive impactful results, assisting in strategy development, market research, report preparation, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery and operational efficiency.

Must Have:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support decision-making
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, brochures, pitch decks, and internal assets
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Assist in event planning, campaign launches, and promotional activities
  • Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of marketing databases and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or project support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and campaign lifecycles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset
