The Autodesk XR team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager. This role involves managing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement and adoption of Workshop XR. The manager will collaborate closely with internal marketing, go-to-market, and product teams, as well as external agencies. Key responsibilities include campaign execution across various channels, content and asset management, marketing operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with 5-8 years of experience, proficient in digital and email marketing, automation tools, and project management, with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.
Must have:

  • Manage budgets and deadlines.
  • Track, organize, and contribute to marketing content.
  • Maintain internal documentation and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing services and web publishing teams.
  • Manage marketing workflows and automation tools.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics.
  • Provide insights for optimization and reporting.
  • Collaborate to understand campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tagged for data collection.
  • Work cross-functionally with go-to-market and product teams.
  • Collaborate with World Wide Marketing partners.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • 5-8 years of experience in lead generation or campaign management.
  • Experience with B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Proficient in email marketing, automation tools, and campaign management.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, web, social media, and advertising.
  • Solid project management abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Highly organized and adaptable.
  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional work.

Position Overview

The Autodesk XR team seeks a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager. In this role, you will manage and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, engagement, and adoption of Workshop XR. You will work closely with marketing and other internal teams, as well as external contractors (digital agency, graphic design, video production). This role has a preference for hybrid candidates based in Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

Campaign & Program Execution

  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including webinars, advertising, email, and events/trade shows
  • Design and execute outreach strategy for campaign content syndication, working closely with internal partners to amplify campaign reach. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations Team (MOT) to deliver emails and landing pages effectively
  • Work with budgets and hard deadlines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope

Content & Asset Management

  • Track, organize, and contribute to marketing campaign content on our digital asset management system, SharePoint, Wiki, and OneDrive
  • Maintain internal documentation and streamline workflows to keep information organized and accessible

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Collaborate with marketing services team and web publishing teams for development of webpages, landing pages, and emails.
  • Manage marketing workflows and automation tools to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to provide insights for optimization and reporting
  • Collaborate with teammates to understand what is influencing campaign performance and recommend opportunities for optimizing future campaigns
  • Ensure that campaigns are properly tagged for analytical and data collection purposes

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including go-to-market and product teams, to align messaging, gather assets, and ensure marketing initiatives support business goals and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal partners in World Wide Marketing (ie: Channel, Audience, Product, Digital, Account Based Marketing, and Field Marketing) to execute joint marketing and campaign opportunities
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in lead generation, campaign management, or a related role, ideally with B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Proficient in email marketing, automation tools, and campaign management
  • Strong background in digital marketing, email marketing, web, social media, and advertising
  • Solid project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally
