The Role
🚀 The TEF4 Engineering team from Bosch Transmission Technology is looking for an enthusiastic intern!
TEF4 is entering a pivotal phase in its transformation journey — from vision-driven strategy to real-world digital impact.
With innovations ranging from cost-optimized vision inspection and predictive analytics to simulation, modular architecture, and learning platforms, we now aim to bring this ambition to life through clear, actionable communication.
This internship plays a key role in helping our teams and customers see, understand, and connect with what TEF4 is building. Inspired by real cases like the Cost-Optimized Vision Inspection initiative, this role will help tell those stories in meaningful, value-oriented ways.
🛠️ Your Tasks
Translate TEF4’s strategic pillars and technical innovations into compelling visual and written narratives, aligning with Bosch’s broader innovation messaging.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts (engineers, digital leads, and stakeholders) to gather insights and craft use-case stories that highlight TEF4’s digital transformation journey.
Develop and design internal communication materials, including storytelling decks, newsletters, slide presentations, posters, and short videos or animations.
Contribute to the development and execution of internal marketing campaigns and events such as SCIP, townhalls, and showcases.
Support the branding, naming, and rollout of digital tools, ensuring consistency with the TEF4 roadmap and digital KPIs.
Assist in the creation of a “Digital Vision Hub” concept (physical or virtual) to showcase TEF4’s strategic initiatives and innovation journey.
Produce key deliverables such as a communication playbook, internal marketing kits, and a video script or storyboard summarizing TEF4’s transformation efforts.
