1. Cooperate with the promotion goals of game products to implement large-scale marketing projects, including but not limited to activity planning, activity execution, and analysis review.
2. Responsible for completing creative scripts and storyboard designs for PGC content based on the promotion needs of game products, including but not limited to version promotion PVs, brand linkage promotion PVs, live broadcasts, and creative materials for specific events.
3. Responsible for liaising with internal and external production departments, following up on the entire production process of PGC content, and being responsible for the output results.
4. Necessary daily work process follow-up and handling, cooperating with multiple departments for material production, including but not limited to video, graphic, web, and merchandise.
1. Directing/Screenwriting major preferred, with a basic understanding of video production, good aesthetic sense, excellent writing skills, and experience in novel writing is a plus.
2. Love for female-oriented games, ACG (Animation, Comics, Games), and other hot cultural topics among young people.
3. Heavy user of mainstream platforms such as Weibo, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili, with a keen sense and judgment for online hot topics and marketing innovation.
4. Big imagination, love for games, film, and animation, with a strong desire for creation.
5. Good at grasping the rhythm and artistic sense of videos; with a relatively deep understanding of camera language.
6. Strong communication skills and self-drive, able to proactively deliver high-quality work results.
7. Content creation experience is a plus; a portfolio can be attached.
