This high-impact role involves fully owning the iGaming marketing strategy, covering acquisition, retention, performance, and branding. Must Have

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of annual 360° marketing plan for Brazil.
  • Manage promotions calendar, local offers, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO, content, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Manage Paid Media (Google, Social, Display), ensuring efficiency and focus on high-LTV segments.
  • Lead CRM strategies, including segmentation, automation, campaigns, and retention initiatives.
  • Support and oversee the Affiliates & Activations team.
  • Execute activations with partners and sponsorship assets.
  • Analyze KPIs, build projections, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for global and regional leadership.
  • Manage coordination with external agencies, vendors, and commercial partners.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and campaign efficiency.
  • Implement A/B tests, optimizations, and scalability initiatives.
  • Produce weekly and monthly executive reports.
  • Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Mandatory experience in iGaming, sports betting, sports, or fintech.
  • Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with comprehensive 360° knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills: performance metrics, CAC, LTV, ROI, funnels.
  • Proven experience in SEO, paid media, CRM, promotions, and activations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strategic and hands-on profile, with sense of urgency and performance focus.

Good to Have

  • Background working in global or multicultural organizations.
  • Experience managing or activating sports sponsorships.
  • Previous experience supporting or overseeing affiliate operations.
  • Speak Spanish.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom.
