Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can drive solution and vertical-based marketing to support business growth. This role will focus on building integrated campaigns, strengthening content, and enabling Sales with the right marketing tools and programs. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do as the Marketing Manager: Business & Growth Initiatives:
Lead marketing programs across key solution areas – Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace, Networking
Support vertical marketing efforts for sectors like Public Sector, Healthcare, SMB and Enterprise
Develop campaign content including landing pages, case studies, sales enablement decks, mailers, and internal toolkits
Collaborate with Sales for targeted outreach programs and lead nurturing
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
What you will bring to the team:
Location - Noida
6–10 years of experience in B2B IT marketing, preferably within a services or solutions-driven environment
Strong experience in campaign execution and content development
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Content, and Digital teams
Good understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, SFDC)
Strong organizational and communication skills
