Job Description

TriCAT GmbH is a leading provider of metaverse solutions, revolutionizing collaboration, training, and learning in corporate metaverses. They develop products and services that connect people, objects, and information in virtual 3D worlds, leveraging AI, XR, and virtual 3D technologies to create immersive experiences for B2B clients like Porsche, Bosch, and Siemens. The company has 50 employees and is growing. The Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand, excite customers, and convince potential clients of TriCAT's value.
Must Have:
  • Co-develop and implement an innovative and holistic marketing strategy.
  • Plan and control targeted marketing campaigns and specific marketing tools.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses, identify trends in virtual 3D worlds, corporate metaverse, and AI.
  • Define clear marketing KPIs for success measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Produce professional content assets like newsletters, whitepapers, templates, and blog articles.
  • Organize trade fairs and other events.

Responsibilities

At TriCAT, you have the opportunity to participate in exciting and innovative projects and contribute your own ideas. You are responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and image and inspire our customers. You work closely with our project managers, developers, designers, and customer success experts. You make potential customers enthusiastic about our product and convince them of the advantages and added value we can offer them.

It remains exciting – you are responsible for:

  • the co-development and implementation of an innovative and holistic marketing strategy.
  • the planning and control of targeted marketing campaigns and the use of specific marketing tools.
  • the creation of market and competitor analyses as well as the identification of trend topics in the areas of virtual 3D worlds, corporate metaverse, and the use of AI in these areas.
  • the definition of clear marketing KPIs for success measurement and continuous improvement.
  • the production of professional content assets such as newsletters, whitepapers, templates, and blog articles.
  • the organization of trade fairs and other events.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES

  • A completed degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least four years of professional experience in a customer-oriented marketing function, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Profound project and strategic marketing knowledge.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • You are empathetic and communicative and can passionately and easily argue your ideas in German and English, even in larger groups and with stakeholders.
  • Very good knowledge and experience in online marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing.
  • Terms like CMS, Lead Nurturing, Dynamic Ads are not new to you.
  • You are familiar with the digital world, closely follow new trends and developments, and know how different target groups move within it.
  • Creativity, strong communication skills, teamwork, and a high degree of initiative are among your strengths.
  • Language is one of your most important tools, and you can inspire people with your excellent writing skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • In conjunction with creativity, you have an analytical, structured, and conceptual way of thinking, and you work in a results- and customer-oriented manner.
