Job Description

Team Liquid Indonesia is seeking a Marketing & Performance Specialist to lead paid campaigns across e-commerce and social media platforms. This role involves hands-on creative production for collection drops and managing social media presence for Team Liquid ID merchandise. Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you will collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to develop campaign narratives blending esports culture with fashion, ensuring consistent fan engagement through fresh content and activations. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, skilled in data analysis, and interested in joining a world-class esports organization.

Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record managing ads in Shopee Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Tokopedia Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and budget evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS ≥ 3.0).
  • Coordinate creative production for launches (photoshoots, videos, visual content).
  • Ensure high-quality asset delivery for every collection drop.
  • Develop campaign narratives blending esports culture with youth fashion.
  • Drive fan engagement through consistent posting cadence and creative activations.
  • Manage social media accounts for Team Liquid ID merchandise.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule (minimum 3x per week).
  • Build dashboards (Looker Studio) to consolidate ad, sales, and engagement data.
  • Deliver monthly reports on ad spend and conversion performance.
