The Opportunity:

As the Senior Producer based in São Paulo, you’ll oversee the execution of a wide range of branded and original productions — from planning and budgeting through delivery. This is a hands-on role that combines creative direction, project management, and financial oversight to deliver world-class media that reflects Team Liquid’s standards of quality and innovation.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and production talent to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. Whether managing shoots on set, supervising post-production, or tracking budgets, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and within scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Production Management
- Plan, execute, and deliver a variety of media and video projects — from brief to post-production.
- Manage multiple concurrent productions of varying scale, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the full production lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external teams, including talent, editors, and vendors.
- Budget and Financial Oversight
- Build, manage, and reconcile production budgets.
- Monitor expenses, track financial reports, and ensure adherence to approved financial guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy in credit card and expense submissions.
- Stakeholder Communication and Project Management
- Partner with internal teams, sponsors, and brand stakeholders to deliver impactful, on-brief content.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members through proactive communication and transparency.
- Translate creative goals into structured, achievable production plans.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of producing experience.
- Available to work in our São Paulo office, on set, or offsite as needed.
- Proven experience in branded content and client-facing productions.
- Skilled in managing and directing talent, and in sourcing and supervising production crews.
- Deep familiarity with end-to-end production — from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and delivery.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
- A solid network of production professionals and contractors within the media industry.
- Genuine interest in esports, gaming, and storytelling within gaming culture.
You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
- 5+ years of producing experience.
- Familiarity with gaming and esports, such as Valorant or Rainbow Six Siege (R6).
- Ability to contribute creatively to concept development and pre-production ideation.
- Familiarity with production management and communication tools such as Slack, Clickup, and Frame.io.
- Ability to operate a video camera is a plus, but not mandatory
Additional Information:
- The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be prepared to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of our events.
- This role may require up to 10% international travel to assist production efforts, including on-location shoots and event coverage.
This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
