We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Peak. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our games worldwide by leveraging your analytical skills and creativity. If you're passionate about mobile gaming and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you might be the person we are looking for!

Here's what you'll do

    • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive player acquisition, engagement and monetization for our mobile games
    • Analyze user data, market trends, and competitor insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
    • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and video ad networks
    • Monitor key performance metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and optimize them for higher performance metrics
    • Continuously test and iterate on marketing strategies to maximize the performance of our Marketing campaigns
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
    • Team up with Marketing Artists to come up with creative plans by combining a data-driven approach and strong creative skills

Desired skills and experiences

    • University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven analytical capabilities, and experience working with data sets. 
    • Passion for mobile gaming and an understanding of the gaming culture is a bonus
    • Up to 5 years of job experience
