The Marsh Graduate Development Program is aimed at ambitious university students and graduates who know foreign languages and want to develop their competencies and gain experience in areas related to risk management, insurance, brokerage activities, as well as the sale of these services.

The program involves engagement in projects carried out by insurance brokers, learning the specifics of an international brokerage firm.

Your typical tasks may include, among others:

• Daily cooperation with the team to gain practical knowledge in insurance and brokerage services
• Support Brokers in comparing insurance conditions / preparing reports and offers
• Preparation of presentations and other materials for the client
• Generating reports / benchmarks
• Registration of policies in internal company systems
• Preparation of translations
• Participation in training

This internship is for you if:

• You are interested in a career in insurance and can justify it
• You are a final year student or graduate, preferred fields: insurance, economics, finance, law, English / Polish philology, marketing
• You have a very good command of Polish and know English at a minimum B2 level
• Your availability is a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• You have very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• You can effectively organize your work time
• You analyze and care about accuracy when performing tasks
• You are happy to share your ideas and energy with others, and teamwork and challenges motivate you to act
