Medical Devices Maintenance Specialist III

Your role:

• Provide technical support to clients regarding operational or preservation aspects of equipment and/or systems.
• Verify and approve the operational quality of equipment and/or systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using procedures established by the headquarters.
• Interpret client needs, identify problem solvers, and direct within the company's internal structure.
• Maintain all records and documents updated according to company policies and legislation.
• Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service capacity issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Intermediate English - reading and comprehension.
• Experience in the area as a Field Engineer/Technician, preferably with large hospital equipment;
• Availability to travel

We believe that we make a greater impact when we are together than apart. For our office team members, this means working in person at least three days a week, to collaborate and connect with others.

On-site positions require the employee to be present at the company's facilities at all times. For employees in a field position, their duties are performed more effectively outside the company's facilities, usually at client or supplier facilities.
