Job Summary
MEP is seeking a Creative Lead (Production) to enhance the quality, efficiency, and process excellence of all creative outputs for its Games & Apps. This role involves ensuring assets meet high standards, driving AI adoption, streamlining workflows, and elevating the team's craft, speed, and ownership. The lead will provide creative direction, ensure quality, optimize processes, mentor the team, and foster cross-team collaboration.
Must Have
- Play-test and review products to extract clear USPs, creative angles, and production implications.
- Build analysis and proposals on creative to deliver audience expectations and market trends.
- Guide the team with strategic clarity: technology, structure, timeline.
- Act as the final quality gate for all creative assets (Video, Playable, ASO).
- Lead the team to adopt AI in the full creative production process.
- Ensure every output meets the strategy and speed pace of business.
- Continuously raise production quality through upskilling teams, enhance feedback and technical innovation.
- Optimize speed & efficiency by researching and adopting new AI tools, optimizing processes, and streamlining the creative workflow.
- Design and evolve the end-to-end creative workflow: briefing → concept → production → review → release.
- Create structures that reduce feedback loops, increase clarity, and unblock designers, motion artists, and playable devs early.
- Ensure strong systems for file management, versioning, asset libraries, and reusable components.
- Monitor systemic risks (quality, bottlenecks, capability gaps) and resolve them proactively.
- Provide clear, strategic, actionable feedback that helps the team grow.
- Coach the team on creative judgment, visual quality, motion fundamentals, and production discipline.
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI across the full production pipeline.
- Partner with your team to build templates, presets, workflows, and automation.
- Continuously evaluate new AI tools and convert them into practical improvements for speed and quality.
- Ensure the whole team is trained and confident using AI to enhance their craft.
- Partner closely with Creative Strategists, UA Managers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment across business goals.
- Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and quality expectations to leaders and stakeholders.

You will ensure every asset (Video, Playable, ASO) meets high standards, drive AI adoption, streamline workflows, and uplift the team’s craft, speed, and ownership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Creative Direction & Strategy

- Process optimization at scale
- Design and evolve the end-to-end creative workflow: briefing → concept → production → review → release.
- Create structures that reduce feedback loops, increase clarity, and unblock designers, motion artists, and playable devs early.
- Ensure strong systems for file management, versioning, asset libraries, and reusable components.
- Monitor systemic risks (quality, bottlenecks, capability gaps) and resolve them proactively.
- Feedback, mentorship & in crease team capability
- Provide clear, strategic, actionable feedback that helps the team grow.
- Coach the team on creative judgment, visual quality, motion fundamentals, and production discipline.
- Build a culture of continuous learning: sharing references, frameworks, best practices, and internal case studies.
- Identify capability gaps and lead structured upskilling programs (AI, animation, 3D, art fundamentals, creative speed, etc.).
- AI-Driven production excellence
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI across the full production pipeline.
- Partner with your team to build templates, presets, workflows, and automation that reduce production time and increase consistency.
- Continuously evaluate new AI tools and convert them into practical improvements for speed and quality.
- Ensure the whole team is trained and confident using AI to enhance their craft.
- Cross-Team collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative Strategists, UA Managers, and Product Owners to ensure alignment across business goals.
- Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and quality expectations to leaders and stakeholders.
- Build a healthy, collaborative environment across Design, Motion, Playables, and UA.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in senior creative roles (Senior Art Director / Senior Designer / Creative Lead) with experience leading teams through full production across performance marketing, multimedia, or IMC.
- Degree/diploma in Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Strong ability to turn unique, compelling ideas into high-quality final outputs across static, motion, video, and animation.
- Experience with game/app projects or strong passion for the gaming industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-team alignment skills.
- Ability to analyze creative performance and make data-backed improvement decisions.
- Strong project management, able to plan, execute, and track creative work efficiently.
- Solid understanding of composition, color, typography, pacing, and visual fundamentals.
- Proficient in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, basic 3D, and AI creative tools.
- Passion for mobile games/apps, art styles, and creative performance.
