Job Description

Synechron is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Associate to join our team, supporting and implementing Microsoft-based solutions for a diverse client portfolio. This role involves collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative technology solutions aligned with business needs. The Associate will contribute to the organization’s objectives by ensuring optimal performance, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft technologies and services.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of additional Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents)
  • PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with .NET Core
  • Prior experience working directly with clients or in a customer-facing environment is desirable
  • Reduction of experience requirement with relevant internship, certification, or project work demonstrating proficiency
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft Certified: Associate level) preferred
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development in Microsoft technologies and certifications
Must Have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (all versions, intermediate to advanced level)
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Windows Server (2016, 2019, or later)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and services
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (2016, 2019)
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and functionalities
  • Experience with .NET Framework and C# programming language (preferably at an intermediate level)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft technology solutions, providing technical support and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to define their technology needs and recommend suitable Microsoft solutions
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft software and hardware components
  • Support the deployment of Microsoft cloud services and on-premises solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with team members and departments to implement, support, and enhance Microsoft-based systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and system health checks to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide user training and documentation to facilitate effective adoption of Microsoft tools
  • Assist in resolving complex technical issues, escalating when necessary, and maintaining high client satisfaction

  • Demonstrated experience supporting and deploying Microsoft solutions such as Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents promptly
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and issues for knowledge sharing and future reference

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
