Our work has a direct impact on saving lives and ensuring community safety. Our portfolio, which includes CommandCentral Aware and RapidDeploy, is expanding with cutting-edge innovations in autonomous incident detection and AI triage. Our goal is to create a mission-first, cloud-native, and intelligence-driven nerve center for modern public safety.
The Device and Unit Services team collects and normalizes telemetry data from a wide variety of sources, including many different device types, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), and other Public Safety systems. This information is then intelligently consolidated and supplied to the end user, providing crucial insights for situational awareness.
