Job Description

The Middle Internal Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a wide range of internal events, both in-person and online. This includes curating seasonal celebrations, knowledge-sharing sessions, team-building activities, and meetups. The role involves activating and supporting the well-being strategy through engaging formats, collaborating with other departments, and coordinating vendors, venues, catering, and logistics. The manager will also create and manage branded corporate merchandise, gather feedback for continuous improvement, oversee the internal events calendar, and manage photo and video production. Staying updated on internal engagement trends and bringing fresh ideas is crucial to ensure events reflect brand culture and values.

Must Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in event management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creative mindset with a sense of fun and aesthetics
  • Hands-on experience with online and offline events
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in event management;

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you can juggle several projects with calm and confidence;

  • A creative mindset with a strong sense of fun, aesthetics, and emotional intelligence;

  • Proven hands-on experience with both online and offline event formats;

  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment;

  • English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher;

  • Experience in tech, iGaming, or fast-paced international environments is a plus.
