Job Summary

Growe is seeking a Sport Operation Specialist to review sports content, identify bugs, monitor competitor margins, maintain CRM sports calendars, communicate with the Trading Team, and analyze key sports metrics. The role requires a genuine interest in sports and betting, good understanding of major sports disciplines, and excellent numerical and Excel skills.

Must Have

Genuine interest in sports and betting industry
Good understanding of major sports disciplines (e.g., football, basketball, tennis, etc.)
Excellent numerical and Excel skills
Flexible analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinking
Energetic, proactive, attentiveness and motivated personality
High level of attentiveness and accuracy
Upper-Intermediate level of English

Good to Have

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills

Job Description

Prepare and maintain CRM sports calendars;
Communicate with the Trading Team on daily operations and updates;
Analyze key sports metrics and resolve anomalies promptly.

Good understanding of major sports disciplines (e.g., football, basketball, tennis, etc.);
Excellent numerical and Excel skills;

High level of attentiveness and accuracy;
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
