Job Summary

EveryMatrix, a leading B2B SaaS provider in iGaming, is seeking a passionate Middle QA Tester for their team. The role involves applying QA best practices to develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases, identifying and tracking defects, analyzing root causes, and proactively mitigating risks. Responsibilities include performing various manual and automated testing types, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. The tester will also design and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track defects accurately.
  • Analyze root causes of defects and assess impact.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate testing risks.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for knowledge sharing.
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases.
  • Perform various manual and automated testing types (Black Box, API, UI, UX).
  • Accurately report issues with reproduction steps and evidence.
  • Conduct visual and accessibility checks.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts (Playwright).
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).
  • Optimize test automation frameworks and expand coverage.
  • 2-4 years QA experience with strong manual testing.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC.
  • Experience with bug tracking (JIRA) and test case management (TestRail).
  • Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman).
  • Testing experience across desktop, mobile, and native apps.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Java) and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD environments.
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to grow.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated QA Tester to join our team!

What You’ll get to do:

  • Apply QA best practices to develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts. Identify, document, and track defects with clarity and accuracy.
  • Analyze root causes of defects, ensuring clear replication steps and impact assessment.
  • Proactively identify risks in the testing lifecycle and work to mitigate them early.
  • Maintain thorough documentation to support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in the creation or review of test plans that define the scope, strategy, and timelines of testing activities.
  • Ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are adequately covered.
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into structured, comprehensive test cases.
  • Create various test scenarios, including edge cases and different data sets, while clearly stating expected outcomes.
  • Perform various types of testing (manual and automated), including: Black Box, Grey Box Exploratory, Smoke, Sanity, Regression Front-End and Back-End/API (APIJson, CMS)
  • Accurately report issues with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behaviour, and supporting evidence (videos, screenshots, logs, etc.).
  • Test the user interface (UI) to ensure it matches design specs (spacing, fonts, alignment, responsiveness).
  • Identify UX problems such as unclear navigation, inconsistent behaviours or poor usability.
  • Review diagrams and designs (e.g., from Figma or Zeplin) and align tests with user expectations and design intent.
  • Conduct visual and accessibility checks to make sure all users have a consistent, inclusive experience.
  • Work with designers and front-end developers to raise UX concerns early in the development cycle.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and website owners to ensure a common understanding of quality goals.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
  • Support teammates and contribute to the onboarding process of new QA team members, to cross-team syncs and QA alignment meetings.
  • Share knowledge regularly and promote testing best practices across teams.
  • Track time accurately using company-approved tools (e.g., JIRA, Timely).
  • Ensure timely updates on testing progress and blocker identification.
  • Design, implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, etc.
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins) and ensure consistent execution.
  • Continuously refactor and optimize test automation frameworks.
  • Contribute to expanding test coverage and reducing manual testing effort over time.

What You need to shine:

  • 2–4 years QA experience with strong manual testing foundation, good knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Working knowledge with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test case management tools (e.g., TestRail).
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
  • Testing experience across different environments, including desktop, mobile and native apps (iOS/Android).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to grow. Leadership and mentoring skills.
