Job Description

Role Summary:

Designs, develops, and maintains high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications for specific platforms (iOS, Android, or cross-platform). Focuses on mobile UI/UX, device capabilities, and integration with backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and efficient mobile applications using native languages/frameworks (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform technologies (Flutter, React Native).
• Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces that adhere to platform-specific design guidelines (e.g., Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines).
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) for data retrieval and submission.
• Work with device-specific features such as GPS, camera, notifications, sensors, and offline storage.
• Optimize app performance, battery usage, and memory management.
• Participate in the entire app lifecycle, including concept, design, build, test, deploy, and support (including app store submission processes).
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• Debug and troubleshoot mobile application issues.

Basic Requirements

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Native iOS: Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, Cocoa Touch.
• Native Android: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Android SDK.
• Cross-Platform (Optional): Dart (Flutter), JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native), C# (Xamarin).
• UI/UX: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• API Integration: Experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Version Control: Git.
• Testing: Mobile unit and integration testing frameworks.
• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of mobile performance best practices.
• App Store Processes: Familiarity with Google Play Store and Apple App Store submission guidelines.
