Playstudios Tel Aviv Studio is seeking an experienced Monetization Manager for the myKONAMI team. The role involves planning and executing day-to-day promotions to drive revenue and meet business targets. The manager will collaborate with various teams, manage the operational launch of promotions, monitor in-game activities against KPIs, and continually test and iterate programs. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about operating at scale.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • A focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games.
Must Have:
  • Plan day-to-day promotions to drive revenue growth and reach business targets.
  • Collaborate with different teams (Economy, Creative, Product, Operations and Analytics) in order to execute promotions.
  • Manage the operational launch of promotions - streamlining the production, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the promotions, and bringing insights for optimization.
  • Monitoring and analyzing in-game activities and players’ engagement with them, against target business KPIs.
  • Continually test, innovate, and iterate ongoing programs.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Plan day-to-day promotions to to drive revenue growth and reach business targets.
  • Collaborate with different teams (Economy, Creative, Product, Operations and Analytics) in order to execute promotions.
  • Manage the operational launch of promotions - streamlining the production, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the promotions, and bringing insights for optimization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Analytical work experience.
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
  • A “people person” - positive, initiator, curious, independent and a quick learner.
  • Can-do approach and ability to make things happen.
  • Outstanding creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
