Motion Designer

Our video production division specializes in creating promotional and explainer content for clients across a range of industries. We’re currently seeking a talented motion designer, with both design and animation skills, to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, creating visually stunning and engaging promotional and explainer videos for a diverse range of clients. If you have a passion for creating compelling animations and visual effects, and want to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of creatives, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you will do:

– Design and animate visuals based on a given creative brief / script / storyboard.
– Work in various techniques, methods and styles – Motion graphics, Infographics, typography and more, from flat vector designs, to highly rendered visuals – 2D and 3D.
– Work on a wide range of projects – from simple infographics videos, through high-quality product videos, to high-end commercials.
– Work closely with the Animation Director and Creative Director to achieve the projects’ goals.

Your Profile:

– 3+ years of experience in motion design and animation.
– Full control of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and C4D (or any other 3D software).
– Understanding of storytelling, context and rhythm.
– Sensitivity to composition, color, shapes and typography.
– Always up to date with the latest trends and techniques.
– Punctuality, attention to detail, knowledge of current trends, and open-minded to changes in different and evolving trends.
– Ability to work closely with reference and adapt yourself to various styles.
– Highly organised, both within the project files, as well as working according to a structured pipeline (Storyboard, style frames, layout design).
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
– High level English and ability to express yourself.
– Self-driven, independent, problem solver, with the ability to provide creative solutions within a given budget.

Desirable Pluses:

– Illustration skills
– Storyboarding skills
– Knowledge of Unity/Unreal
– Experience in the gaming industry
