Motion Designer

Playwind is an independent studio looking for an experienced Motion Designer. The role involves creating creative videos for games, reviewing and improving video content with the team, and participating in brainstorming sessions to enhance performance and develop new ideas. Candidates should have commercial experience in motion design and a strong interest in the gaming sector.

Must Have

• Create creative videos for games using After Effects
• Review and improve videos with the team
• Brainstorm with the team on performance, market study, and new ideas
• 1+ year commercial experience as a Motion Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
• Good understanding of composition, rhythm, and timing in video creatives
• Intermediate or upper-intermediate English level

Good to Have

• Gaming industry experience
• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, or other 3D software

Responsibilities

• Create creative videos for our games ( After Effects as a most, Cinema 4D as plus)
• Make a review of videos, improve the result with the help of team
• Brainstorming with the team (improving performance, studying the competitive market, creating new bright ideas, etc.

Qualifications

• 1+ year commercial experience as a Motion Design, following best practices
• Gaming industry experience preferred but not essential. At the minimum a strong understanding and interest in the sector.
• Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, other 3D software as a plus
• Good understanding of composition, rhythm and timing in video creatives
• English: Intermediate or upper-intermediate level
