The job involves the planning and production of animation projects, including those managed internally and those with company investment. The role encompasses producing various aspects of Intellectual Property (IP), such as animation, music, live events, games, stage productions, and comics. The responsibilities include the production of BD/DVD/CD-related content and managing investments within production committees. Additionally, the position includes roles for assistant producers, with the potential to transition into a producer role after gaining experience. Other duties will be assigned as needed. The salary ranges from 4,000,000 to 10,000,000 JPY depending on experience.
