Animation Production Producer (Music and Video Department) ＜Anime/Music＞

As an Animation Production Producer, you will be responsible for planning and producing animation works, including those initiated by the company and those invested in. You will manage the multifaceted development of IPs (intellectual properties) across animation, music, live events, games, stage productions, and comics. This includes the production of BD/DVD/CDs and involvement in the investment aspects of production committees. Additionally, the role includes supervising assistant producers with the potential for advancement to a full producer role. The responsibilities encompass the full lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final distribution. You should possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
