Job Summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior, strategic, and mission-driven Named Account Executive for the UK Public Safety & Justice (PS&J) market. This role involves driving growth by aligning the Salesforce platform with complex challenges and reform initiatives like Police Reform and Joined-Up Justice. The executive will build relationships with key governmental bodies, lead strategic deals, champion innovation, and foster partnerships to deliver modernization and efficiency across the justice ecosystem, supporting frontline staff. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an interest in leading technology.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute the Salesforce PS&J market strategy aligned to key national priorities.
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted executive-level relationships within critical governmental bodies (Home Office, Ministry of Justice, National Police Chiefs' Council, Police & Crime Commissioners).
  • Act as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) on strategic deals, articulating compelling value propositions.
  • Champion the vision for Joined-Up Justice, developing innovative solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and industry bodies.
  • Represent Salesforce as a premier thought leader at industry events, executive briefings, and through published insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in strategic roles within the public sector or enterprise technology focused on government.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel across the UK as required to meet with executive stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • 10+ years of deep industry knowledge and leadership in the UK Public Safety & Justice sector (Policing, Courts, Probation, or related central government agencies).
  • First-hand working knowledge of UK Policing structures, policy challenges, and the implications of the anticipated National Policing Operating Model (NCOP).
  • Experience in a major consulting firm, systems integrator, or strategic planning function focused on public sector digital transformation.
  • A postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA or relevant Master's).

The Public Safety & Justice (PS&J) team is looking for a senior, strategic, and mission-driven individual to drive the future direction and growth of our business across the UK Public Safety and Justice market.

This role calls for a strong, proactive leader capable of aligning the world-leading Salesforce platform to the complex challenges and generational reform initiatives within this market. The successful candidate will be the recognized expert and executive advisor, translating critical mandates like Police Reform, the anticipated National Policing Operating Model (NCOP), and the vision for Joined-Up Justice into tangible customer value.

✅ Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute the Salesforce PS&J market strategy aligned to key national priorities, including Police Reform and Ministry of Justice (MoJ) digital transformation goals.
  • Executive Relationships: Build and maintain deep, trusted executive-level relationships within critical governmental bodies, including the Home Office, Ministry of Justice (MoJ), National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC), and Police & Crime Commissioners (PCCs).
  • Business Development Leadership: Act as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) on strategic deals, articulating compelling, visionary value propositions that demonstrate how Salesforce drives efficiency and modernization across the justice ecosystem.
  • Industry Innovation: Champion the vision for Joined-Up Justice, developing innovative solutions and blueprints that enhance cross-agency collaboration and support the well-being and productivity of frontline staff.
  • Partnership Building: Build strategic partnerships with key System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and industry bodies to create comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for the sector.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Salesforce as a premier thought leader at industry events, executive briefings, and through published insights and white papers.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
