- Monitor storage, verifying hardware and system resources.
- Manage storage provisioning, LUN masking, and zoning.
- Expertise in SAN (Brocade/Cisco FC switches).
- Knowledge of protocols such as NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC.

Job Description
- Administer, maintain, and support NetApp and EMC SAN/NAS storage environments.
- Perform daily storage monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, resources, and systems.
- Manage storage provisioning, LUN masking, zoning, and replication across data centers.
- Plan and implement firmware upgrades, patches, and system updates.
- Monitor performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis of storage-related issues.
- Work closely with backup, server, and virtualization teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing.
- Maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Support audit and compliance efforts with appropriate documentation.

- NetApp (ONTAP, Clustered ONTAP)
- EMC (VNX, VMAX, Unity) storage
- Expertise in SAN (Brocade/Cisco FC switches)
- NAS technologies.
