Job Description

Varonis is looking for a skillful Network Engineer to operate, maintain, and improve its corporate network infrastructure. This position involves monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices and cloud infrastructures, including firewalls, switches, load balancers, and various network devices from leading vendors. The role requires optimizing the network and improving network security, ensuring data safety in the face of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats and strict regulations. The company offers a flexible, hybrid work model.

Good To Have:

CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certificate - advantage.
Proven experience with complex projects.
Familiarity with Palo Alto, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Wireless, Arista EOS / CloudVision, Juniper Junos, and VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud).

Must Have:

5 years of experience in a similar position.
Handle complex tasks and projects from start to finish.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Self-learning ability.
Well organized with great attention to details.
Work as part of a team and with peers.
Advanced knowledge in Networking Technologies including: TCP/IP, Routing protocols OSPF and BGP, VPN technologies, LAN/WAN technologies, Wi-Fi, Cloud Networking (Azure / AWS), Linux, Firewall, NAC and 802.1X, SD-WAN.

The position involves monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices and cloud infrastructures, including firewalls, switches, load balancers and various network devices from the leading vendors. Optimizing the network and improving network security.

Requirements

5 years of experience in a similar position.
Able to handle complex tasks and projects from start to finish.
Complex problems troubleshooting and resolving.
Self-learning ability.
Well organized with great attention to details.
Able to work as part of a team and work with peers.
CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certificate - advantage.
Proven experience with complex projects.

Advanced knowledge in Networking Technologies including:

TCP/IP
Routing protocols including: OSPF and BGP
VPN technologies
LAN/WAN technologies
Wi-Fi
Cloud Networking (Azure / AWS)
Linux
Firewall
NAC and 802.1X
SD-WAN

Familiar with following products / Vendors (Advantage):
