Job Description

The Network Engineering Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and tracking fleet routes, providing position updates and estimated arrival times. They will offer continuous support to drivers, generate status reports for various stakeholders, and oversee comprehensive maintenance programs. The role also involves ensuring 5S standards, confirming equipment availability, reporting incidents, and managing the fleet system to optimize travel plans and assign fuel resources.
Must have:
  • Monitor and track fleet routes, providing position updates and ETAs.
  • Provide continuous attention and support to drivers.
  • Generate status reports for service areas, internal clients, and suppliers.
  • Supervise compliance with comprehensive maintenance programs (preventive and corrective).
  • Ensure compliance with 5S standards and confirm equipment availability.
  • Report and document incidents, anomalies, and process deviations.
  • Implement and administer the fleet management system.
  • Supervise route execution and optimize travel plans.
  • Prepare travel consignment notes.
  • Assign fuel resources.

  • Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics operations and fleet supervision.
  • Proficiency in Windows environment software and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge in inventory control, material handling, and production processes.
  • Experience in route design based on quantitative methods for decision making.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuous attention and support to drivers during their journeys.
  • Generate status reports for service areas, internal clients, and suppliers.
  • Supervise compliance with comprehensive maintenance programs (preventive and corrective).
  • Ensure compliance with 5S standards and confirm equipment availability.
  • Report and document incidents, anomalies, and process deviations (collisions, customer complaints, etc.).
  • Implement and administer the fleet management system.
  • Supervise route execution and optimize travel plans.
  • Prepare travel consignment notes.
  • Assign fuel resources.
