The Retention Concierge Advisor is responsible for facilitating the placement of units through repurchase and Replacement Value programs. This role aims to recover clients who have experienced a total loss claim by offering personalized attention and commercial advice. The advisor's primary objective is to meet the service levels and sales volumes set by the Claims Concierge department, guiding clients through the entire process of acquiring a new unit after a total loss incident.
Must have:
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on unit placement via repurchase and Replacement Value schemes.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and objections.
  • Meet established service levels and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Concierge team for client retention.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or commercial areas.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in administrative or related fields.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the automotive, insurance, or claims sector.
  • Experience using Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Certifications in sales, customer service, or negotiation.

Job Details

The Retention Concierge Advisor is responsible for placing units through repurchase and Replacement Value schemes, with the objective of recovering clients who have faced a total loss claim. Their work focuses on meeting the service levels and sales volumes established by the Claims Concierge area, providing personalized attention and commercial advice throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on the placement of units through repurchase and Replacement Value.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients.
  • Effectively manage complaints or objections.
  • Comply with established service levels and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Concierge team to identify eligible clients and coordinate the retention process.

Skills:

  • Commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and generate personalized solutions.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and customer orientation.
  • Teamwork and results orientation.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial areas.
  • Desirable experience in the automotive, insurance, or claims sector.
  • Experience in negotiation and sales closing.
  • Desirable experience in the use of Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical profile, with a high degree of concentration and perceptual skills.
  • Commercial skills focused on generating personalized solutions and teamwork.

Basic Knowledge:

  • Certifications in sales, customer service, or negotiation (desirable).
  • Knowledge in financial and insurance systems.
  • Basic English (minimum TOEIC 250 points).
  • Hours: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Professional Training:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in administrative careers (economics, finance, accounting, engineering, administration, or related fields).
