主要工作职责:
1. 实现年度销售目标:确保完成部门设定的销售额年度目标,通过优化业务活动和客户管理,提高销
售业绩。
2. 推动品牌动销活动:组织和推动 NKA 客户的品牌动销活动,与品牌方协作,制定详细活动计划,并
确保活动的顺利执行,提升销售目标和市场覆盖率。
3. 制定并优化 RCRM 会员项目:制定并优化 NKA 客户 RCRM 会员项目方案,确保项目的高效实施,并根
据市场需求和客户反馈进行调整,以提升会员满意度和项目效果。
4. 承接并执行客户 OTO/BTC 活动:负责承接 NKA 客户的 OTO/BTC 活动,协调内部资源和外部合作方,
确保活动高效实施并满足客户需求,提高客户参与度和活动效果。
5. 协调总部与分部的活动:协调 NKA 客户总部与各分部的活动安排,确保活动内容和目标一致,及时
传递信息并解决问题,提高活动执行效率。
6. 监控和分析项目进展:监控 NKA 客户的项目进展情况,定期收集客户反馈,进行数据分析,识别潜
在问题并提出改进建议,确保项目按计划推进并达到预期目标。
7. 跨部门协作与资源整合:与公司内部相关部门(如市场、销售、财务等)进行高效协作,整合资
源,推动公司政策和策略的实施,提升整体运营效率。
8. 报告和汇报:编制并提交 NKA 客户相关项目的报告,定期向全国重点客户群经理汇报项目进展、客
户反馈及市场动态,确保及时了解项目情况并做出决策。
任职条件:
• 大学专科及以上学历
• 2-5 年以上销售或客户管理经验,有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
• 了解商业和零售操作的相关法律法规,具备品牌活动管理经验
• 客户管理和沟通协调能力
• 数据分析能力
• 熟练使用 Office 操作系统,特别是 Excel
• 具有一定英语听说读写能力
