The NKA Sales Operation Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing key national account business activities, ensuring the smooth execution of RCRM membership programs, and promoting brand activation. This role involves efficiently handling online-to-offline (OTO) customer activities and coordinating efforts between headquarters and branches to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. Key duties include optimizing membership programs, driving promotional campaigns, monitoring project progress, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Must have:
  • Develop and optimize RCRM membership programs.
  • Promote and organize brand activation activities.
  • Undertake and execute customer online-to-offline (OTO) activities.
  • Coordinate activities between key account headquarters and branches.
  • Monitor and analyze project progress and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and integrate resources.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to the Sales Director.

Job Objective:

Under company policies and requirements, responsible for coordinating and managing various business activities for key national accounts, ensuring the smooth progress of RCRM membership programs, promoting brand activation activities, and efficiently undertaking customer OTO (online-to-offline) activities. Also responsible for coordinating activities between key account headquarters and various branches to ensure effective implementation of all activities, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve sales performance.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Optimize RCRM Membership Programs:

Develop and optimize RCRM membership program solutions for key national accounts, ensuring efficient implementation of projects, and making necessary adjustments based on market demand and customer feedback to enhance member satisfaction and project effectiveness.

Promote Brand Activation Activities:

Organize and promote brand activation activities, collaborate closely with brand owners, formulate detailed activity plans, and ensure the smooth execution of activities to achieve sales targets and increase market coverage.

Undertake and Execute Customer OTO Activities:

Responsible for undertaking customer OTO (online-to-offline) activities, coordinating internal resources and external partners, ensuring efficient implementation of activities and meeting customer needs, improving customer participation and activity effectiveness.

Coordinate Activities Between Key Account Headquarters and Branches:

Coordinate activity arrangements between key account headquarters and various branches, ensuring consistency of activity content and objectives, timely communication of information, and resolution of various issues, improving overall activity execution efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and Analyze Project Progress:

Monitor the progress of various projects, regularly collect customer feedback, conduct data analysis, identify potential problems, and propose improvement suggestions, ensuring projects proceed as planned and achieve expected goals.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Integration:

Collaborate efficiently with various relevant departments within the company (such as marketing, sales, finance, etc.), integrate resources, promote the implementation of company policies and strategies, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Reporting and Presentation:

Prepare and submit reports for relevant projects, regularly report project progress, customer feedback, and market dynamics to the Sales Director, ensuring senior management is timely informed of project status and can make decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2+ years of sales or customer management experience, experience in foreign-funded enterprises or large enterprises preferred
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations for business and retail operations, with brand activity management experience
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Proficient in Office operating systems, especially Excel
