Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. This role involves safely operating a company vehicle, providing excellent customer service, and handling and delivering customer orders. Key responsibilities include maintaining vehicle adherence to security and regulatory procedures, timely delivery of orders, accurate paperwork, and assisting in the warehouse when necessary. The ideal candidate will be at least 21, have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and meet physical requirements for lifting and moving bins.

Good To Have:

At least one year of route transportation experience.

Must Have:

Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
Work in the warehouse when needed.
Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record.
Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds).
Ability to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders.
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices.
Demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.

No benefits as this is a Part time job (20 hours per week)
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm
