This role is for an OCM (Change Management) Consultant Lead in Sweden, focusing on supporting a digital PLM transformation where adoption has been slow. The lead will manage the OCM portion of the transformation team, partnering with a US-based OCM lead. Key responsibilities include local change management and adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness support to ensure end-to-end adoption and local relevance.
Must have:
  • Serve as the on-the-ground lead for change adoption.
  • Localize and deliver global OCM materials, training, and communications.
  • Act as the primary liaison to Sweden-based HR, functional leads, and employees.
  • Support the delivery of in-person and digital training sessions.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, HR, or People Enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of Swedish workplace culture, norms, and communication practices.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English—written and verbal.
  • Experience supporting onboarding technology / digital transformation programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to be onsite at least 3 days a week north of Stockholm.

Position Overview

You will play a critical role in supporting a digital PLM transformation where adoption has been slow.  We will be replacing an incumbent and need to come in to ensure the implementation ends successfully.  You will be managing the OCM portion of the transformation team.

Partnering closely with the US-based OCM lead, you will focus on people experience, cultural integration, HR alignment, and day-to-day readiness activities to ensure the end-to-end adoption and locally relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-the-ground lead for change adoption, supporting technology rollouts, process changes, and new ways of working.
  • Localize and deliver global OCM materials, training, and communications in a culturally relevant and engaging way.
  • Provide real-time feedback and insights to inform broader OCM strategy and improve execution in-market.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison to Sweden-based HR, functional leads, and employees, ensuring strong alignment and two-way communication.
  • Support employee-facing communications, town halls, and Q&A sessions tailored to local audiences.

Training & Readiness Support

  • Support the delivery of in-person and digital training sessions related to new systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Help track local readiness and adoption metrics, surfacing any risks or concerns to global teams.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Share learnings and reusable practices to support future implementations in the region.

Required Skillsets

  • This position is located north of Stockholm.  The contractor will need to be onsite at least 3 days a week
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, HR, or People Enablement roles
  • Strong understanding of Swedish workplace culture, norms, and communication practices
  • Fluent in Swedish and English—written and verbal
  • Experience supporting onboarding technology / digital transformation programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate across functions and cultures
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Energy experience a plus
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
