Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment for all staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with data entry and preparation of reports and documents
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
