Playtech‘s Site Operations unit is looking for a proactive Office Assistant Intern with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our Tartu office.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our employees and guests in the office
• Manage the reception area
• Handle invoices and other documentation and ensure their compliance with our policies
• Ensure our meeting rooms are equipped and maintained
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting with special projects (various company events, environmental initiatives, etc.)

• Have a warm and welcoming personality, are quick, clever, and solution-oriented
• Find joy in helping others and fulfilment in a fast-paced environment and non-standard situations
• Are independent, but understand the value of cooperation and open communication
• Have strong organizational and multitasking skills, are attentive to details
• Have great knowledge of MS Office applications, enjoy working with numbers and are generally tech-savvy
• Have excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English
