Job Description

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will drive the flawless execution and delivery of Technology Solution Center orders across the fulfillment lifecycle. Your oversight spans inventory receipt through final delivery, optimizing performance across ITAD, Repairs, Warehouse Special Services, and Integration Lab operations. This role is critical to meeting customer expectations through precise execution of all requirements and SLAs, partnering with warehouse teams to achieve 100% on-time, accurate order execution. Success requires continuous monitoring, proactive risk mitigation, and ensuring complete capture of service revenue to support Zones' targets.
Must have:
  • Orchestrate end-to-end order fulfillment, from inventory receipt through final delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across ITAD, Repairs, Warehouse Special Services, and Integration Lab operations.
  • Ensure precise execution of customer-specific requirements and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to order accuracy and timeliness.
  • Directly influence revenue performance by ensuring complete capture of contracted service revenue.
  • Maintain continuous real-time monitoring of order flow to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Partner closely with warehouse teams, leads, and quality department to achieve 100% on-time, accurate order execution.
  • Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms across all service areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement through detailed analysis of performance metrics and trends.
  • Analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Focus on meeting both customer expectations and revenue targets.
  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.

Position Overview:

While not customer-facing, this role is critical to meeting customer expectations through precise execution of all requirements and SLAs.

You will partner with warehouse teams, leads, and quality department to achieve 100% on-time, accurate order execution. Success requires continuous monitoring of order flow, proactive risk mitigation, and ensuring complete capture of service revenue to support Zones' revenue and margin targets. Through detailed analysis of metrics and trends, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and strengthen customer satisfaction. Strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Critical Operations Management

What you will bring to the team:

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, IT Services or related fields.
  • Project coordination or Project management certificates preferred.
  • Quality / ISO experience, auditing and /or trend analysis
  • Demonstrates knowledge in risk management, change order management, performance measurement, and project/people management.
  • Experience in Quality Control activities, ability to identify and manage risk.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying aligned to project objectives and deliverables.
  • Ability to manage and influence others both internal and external.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience and successful management of projects and service level agreements.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools, excel and D365 current tools
