Job Description

This role is for a Mid-Level Operations Analyst in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with a hybrid work model. The position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in business, strategic, results-based, agile, or process management. Responsibilities include administering process management systems, maintaining project WBS, supporting planning and control, constructing business plans, and managing project portfolios. The role also involves supporting contracting, data processing with Machine Learning, SAP routines (PM, MM, OS), cash call consolidation, and preparing reports. Additionally, the analyst will support oil cost recovery, audits, SOX controls, and local content planning.
Must have:
  • Administer systems for process management, standardization, and anomaly treatment.
  • Analyze, structure, and maintain WBS for projects and operations.
  • Support planning, control, and management activities.
  • Construct Business Plan and Annual Business Plan, monitor project portfolio.
  • Support contracting, contractual management, and internal consortium processes.
  • Support data collection and processing using Machine Learning.
  • Support transactional routines and programming in SAP (PM, MM, OS).
  • Consolidate cash call predictability, verify coherence with Work Plan and Budget.
  • Research, structure, and consolidate information for documents, reports, and opinions.
  • Perform medium complexity operational tasks, supporting structured data analysis.
  • Support Oil Cost Recovery process, generate and validate monthly Expense List.
  • Consolidate Monthly Activity Report, support internal/external audits and SOX Controls.
  • Support Local Content (CL) planning and control, verify records for reports.
  • Support CL recommendation in contracting processes and action plans.
  • Direct support in structuring and developing performance indicator proposals.
  • Support report development for automation and standardization of activities.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Results-Based Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or other related areas, provided it is validated by contractual management.

EDUCATION

  • Education Level: Higher Education: Undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other related areas, provided it is validated by contractual management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer systems and tools to support process management, standardization, and anomaly treatment, promoting knowledge management and training, monitoring and controlling Anomaly Treatment Records (RTAs) with operational areas and those responsible for SMS, Production Loss, Measurement, and Compliance processes;
  • Analyze, structure, and maintain the WBS of the Executive Management's projects and operations, ensuring good interface management with project, operation, and technical discipline areas;
  • Support planning, control, and management activities of the executive management. Develop and update processes, reporting tools, prepare material, and conduct presentations;
  • Construct the Business Plan and Annual Business Plan, monitor and control the portfolio of projects, operations, and administrative expenses of the Executive Management;
  • Act as support in contracting processes, contractual management, and internal consortium processes;
  • Support data collection and processing for continuous learning and value generation (focus on offshore systems) using Machine Learning.
  • Support the execution of transactional routines and programming in the SAP system, PM, MM, and OS modules, in addition to assisting and managing access, evaluation, and improvements in data collection, consolidation, and storage;
  • Consolidate the predictability of cash calls sent by managers and contract supervisors, verifying coherence with the current Work Plan and Budget (PTO);
  • Research, structure, and consolidate information for documents, reports, and opinions on routine and process management, promoting review and availability for evaluation and final validation by professionals involved in complex demands, as well as client managers and specialists;
  • Perform operational tasks of medium complexity, supporting and executing structured analysis of data and information, consolidating surveys, and guiding activities related to the development of solutions and improvements in the routine and process management of the Executive Management;
  • Support the Oil Cost Recovery process, generating and validating the monthly Expense List for PPSA, monitoring analyses, and responding to queries, in addition to uploading data to the SAP system;
  • Consolidate the Monthly Activity Report, verifying coherence with the Expense List. Support internal and external audits and SOX Controls, based on norms and partnership agreements, management systems, and current requirements, evaluating the soundness of the management system and control of business processes, disseminating results, and monitoring the treatment of non-conformities and improvements;
  • Support the planning and control of Local Content (CL), verifying records in corporate systems to issue the Local Content Report (RCL) and the Local Content Monitoring and Control Report (RACCL), identifying and correcting incorrect entries;
  • Support CL recommendation in contracting processes and action plans to ensure compliance with CL requirements;
  • Direct support in structuring and developing performance indicator proposals, including input collection, system feeding, results analysis, material preparation for managerial validation, and input revisions;
  • Support in the development of reports aiming at the automation and standardization of activities and tasks, condition-based maintenance, and critical equipment management, with data from systems or other sources.
