This role is for a Full Operations Analyst, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in areas like Business, Strategic, Agile, or Process Management. The professional will be responsible for data collection and structuring, preparing documents, and supporting planning and control activities. Key tasks include maintaining project WBS, developing reports, managing business plans, assisting with action plans, and supporting internal/external audits. The position is hybrid, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and requires a higher education degree in related fields.
Must have:

  • Execute routine tasks like preparing documents and schedules.
  • Analyze, structure, and maintain project WBS.
  • Support planning, control, and management activities.
  • Develop and update processes and reporting tools.
  • Build Business Plan and Annual Business Plan.
  • Monitor and control project portfolio and administrative expenses.
  • Support action plan elaboration and integrated monitoring.
  • Assist in planning and executing simulations for routine/process control.
  • Support local administration of process management systems.
  • Monitor and control Anomaly Treatment Records (RTAs).
  • Support internal/external communication and corporate events.
  • Assist in preparing monthly Expense List and SAP data loading.
  • Consolidate Monthly Activity Report and cash call predictability.
  • Assist internal/external audits and SOX Controls.
  • Support Local Content (CL) planning and control.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Results-Oriented Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or other related areas, provided they are validated by contractual management.

EDUCATION

  • Education Level: Higher Education: Undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or other related areas, provided they are validated by contractual management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for surveying, collecting, and structuring data (text, tables, and graphs), executing routine tasks [of medium complexity] such as preparing documents and action monitoring schedules, applying solutions defined by the lead manager, specialist leaders, and professionals working on high and medium complexity demands of the CONTRACTED PARTY, as well as client managers and specialists;
  • Analyze, structure, and maintain the WBS of the Executive Management's projects and operations, ensuring good interface management with project areas, operations, and technical disciplines;
  • Support planning, control, and management activities of the management;
  • Develop and update processes, reporting tools, prepare material, and conduct presentations;
  • Build the Business Plan and Annual Business Plan, monitor and control the portfolio of projects, operations, and administrative expenses of the Executive Management;
  • Support the preparation of action plans, recording defined actions, deadlines, and responsible parties, for subsequent evaluation and final validation by professionals working on high complexity demands, specialist leaders, and/or the CONTRACTED PARTY's lead manager, in addition to client managers and specialists;
  • Support the integrated management, control, and monitoring of action plans related to routine and process management demands;
  • Assist in the planning and execution of simulations and analysis of the management and control of routines and processes, related to onshore and/or offshore demands, using methodologies, tools, and systems available to the client;
  • Support the local administration of systems and tools to support process management, standardization, and anomaly treatment, performing integrated monitoring and control of Anomaly Treatment Records (RTAs), in conjunction with operational areas and areas responsible for SMS Anomaly Treatment, Production Loss, Measurement, and Compliance processes. Support the internal and external communication process, as well as the organization of corporate events;
  • Support the preparation of the monthly Expense List sent to PPSA, as well as data loading into the SAP system, in addition to the consolidation of the Monthly Activity Report, verifying consistency with the Expense List, for subsequent evaluation and final validation by professionals working on medium and high complexity demands, specialist leaders, and/or the CONTRACTED PARTY's lead manager, in addition to client managers and specialists;
  • Support the consolidation of the cash call predictability sent by managers and contract supervisors, verifying consistency with the current Work Plan and Budget (PTO);
  • Assist internal and external audits and SOX Controls, based on current norms and partnership agreements, management systems, and other requirements;
  • Support the planning and control of Local Content (CL), acting in the continuous verification of CL records in corporate systems and in the identification and implementation of adjustments to incorrect entries identified in the system, as well as in the recommendation of CL for contracting processes and action plans to ensure compliance with CL requirements.
